QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Control for Carbon Fiber Parts
Dedicated quality inspection personnel support our manufacturing projects by checking components against customer-approved requirements.

OUR APPROACH
Quality is defined by the agreed specification.
We work from confirmed designs and project-specific acceptance requirements, not generic claims that every part has identical performance.
Specification review
Confirm key geometry, appearance expectations and inspection needs with the customer before production.
Process attention
Review molding and post-processing operations according to the approved manufacturing method.
Dedicated inspectors
Our dedicated quality inspection personnel check products and help identify issues that require correction.
Finished-part review
Assess applicable dimensions, appearance and other agreed acceptance characteristics before delivery.

PEOPLE & PROCESS
Dedicated quality inspection personnel.
Our quality inspection personnel are responsible for checking manufactured parts against the requirements agreed for each project. The specific inspection method and acceptance criteria depend on the product design and customer needs.
For projects with specialized testing requirements, we discuss the testing responsibilities and acceptance process before production. The adjacent photograph shows a workshop surface-finishing step; it does not depict a quality inspection.
IMPORTANT FOR HELMET PROJECTS
Shell manufacturing is not a final helmet certification.
Custom carbon fiber helmet shells are manufactured to customer-approved designs and manufacturing specifications. Testing and certification of an assembled helmet—including any applicable FIA, Snell, ECE or other requirements—are separate responsibilities to be agreed by the parties for each project.
JOHHAR does not represent shell production alone as evidence of compliance with any finished-helmet safety standard.
