Reverse Engineering & 3D Design
Build or refine 3D models using customer drawings and samples, with design changes discussed before tooling.
ENGINEERING · TOOLING · MANUFACTURING
From engineering development through compression molding and finishing, JOHHAR supports custom composite parts with process planning built around the design.

PRIMARY PROCESS
Compression molding is central to our manufacturing capabilities for custom carbon fiber helmet shells and composite components.

The molding process begins before a tool is built. We review part shape, moldability, reinforcement requirements, thickness targets and finishing operations so the tooling and production method support the intended component.
Part-specific materials, layup and molding parameters are determined through engineering review and sample evaluation.

A coordinated development process for custom composite parts.

Build or refine 3D models using customer drawings and samples, with design changes discussed before tooling.

Develop custom tooling according to customer-approved geometry, technical requirements and production approach.

Prepare carbon fiber reinforcements and manufacture components through the selected molding process.

Finish the molded part and review its appearance and applicable dimensional requirements before delivery.
ADDITIONAL PROCESS
For certain carbon fiber automotive components, JOHHAR also uses autoclave processing. The suitability of autoclave or compression molding depends on the part design, tooling, material and project requirements.
We do not apply one manufacturing recipe to every product. Our team evaluates each project individually.
